To ensure the smooth operation of lessons and respect for everyone’s time, the following cancellation policy applies:

● You can reschedule or cancel lessons free of charge up to 12 hours before the session.

● Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in the lesson being charged or lost.

● In case of unavoidable situations, please contact me to discuss possible solutions.

● Lesson packages must be used within the agreed period (normally 2 months).
